Now customers seeking routes, as well as those offering routes, can rapidly find each other in Global Village. And with General Telecom's strategically located switch partitioning hubs in New York, Los Angeles and Miami, Global Village members have access to more carriers in more markets through any of our switch locations.

The idea for this innovative concept came about as a result of our popular Loop-Around Events. During these social gatherings, customers sought to meet other customers for a variety of reasons, but primarily to build partnerships and find ways to rapidly and fully exploit their chosen markets. Many times this meant buying or selling routes directly with other customers to bypass the local loop. Its no wonder that so many of our customers find these events to be extremely productive and profitable.
