General Telecom and IBROSNET Expand RouteNGN Distribution IBROSNET to resell RouteNGN to Central and South American Clients

New York, NY — May 1, 2009. General Telecom, a major integrator and provider of managed VoIP solutions and applications for telecom carriers worldwide, announced today its plans to expand agreements with IBROSNET, a company dedicated to helping Central and South American carriers with integrated billing, routing and switch network services. Per the agreement, IBROSNET will support and distribute General Telecom’s RouteNGN™ solution to service providers in Central and South America, with a specific focus on service providers in: Venezuela, Columbia, Brazil and Mexico.

Launched in early 2008, RouteNGN™ enables carriers to route to millions of destinations at true carrier grade capacity and have a centralized Least Cost Routing (LCR) that works with existing SIP network devices. The software application can be up in running in weeks, as either an on-premise or fully hosted solution, and it integrates with existing VoIP infrastructure, billing and operational support systems.
