Internet Connectivity
Co-location customers can interconnect with the public Internet through Internet Connectivity service (sometimes referred to as IP Provisioning service). Customers may use the associated bandwidth for a variety of applications, including accessing their IP equipment or interconnecting with VoIP customers and vendors for the purpose of terminating voice traffic. General Telecom provides a single IP port via Ethernet cable to accommodate interconnection of customer-owned and co-located CPE (router or other IP equipment) with customer-defined Mbps IP bandwidth. IP bandwidth is provided through carrier interconnection at General Telecom’s Cisco router.
